When we started Iron Goat Provisions, we weren’t thinking about shelf life or shipping logistics. We were thinking about flavor — real flavor. The kind that reminds you of home, of travels through Southeast Asia, of nights eating noodle soup under fluorescent lights in a hidden alley.
We’re avid hikers, campers, and adventurers. But every time we hit the trail, we were disappointed by the food options we brought along. Powdery pastas. Bland rice dishes. Meals that filled you up, but left your taste buds behind.
So we started asking: Why isn’t anyone making adventure-ready meals with the same care and authenticity you’d find in a real kitchen? Why can’t your campsite dinner taste like your favorite street food?
